CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancelation more than 31 days prior to arrival is subject to a $129.00 rebooking fee. Cancelation 15-30 days prior to arrival is subject to a $279.00 rebooking fee. Trip protection is available for $49.00 at the time of booking. With trip protection, there is no rebooking fee for cancelations more than 31 days prior to arrival and a $99.00 rebooking fee is due for cancelations 15-30 days prior to arrival. Cancelation less than 14 days prior to arrival, with or without trip protection, is subject to forfeiture of reservations and funds.

Our goal with this year's Fund-a-Need is to raise more than $5000. Fund-a-Need allows us to raise funding for specific items that the school and our kiddoes need and the programs in this year's item are especially critical because they support our teachers but also have an impact on every student at Oak Chan. The two programs are Teachers Pay for Teachers and supporting our Socio Learning pillars. 

Teachers Pay for Teachers is near and dear to our teacher's hearts - they all use this software - and it enables them to augment their curriculum with customized plans; plans that they can create based on the learning style of the kids in their classroom so that they ensure learning stays fun and engaging! This helps our kids learn more, learn faster, and love learning! Our Socio Learning Pillars are critical in ensuring our kiddoes have the support they need to learn and be comfortable in all social situations, whether in the classroom or on the playground, and this translates to their ability to be successful and confident throughout their future learning as well as in situations outside of the classroom.
